This notice applies to the public CaLeo Health Care website. Clinical records belong in the separate CaLeo EHR environment.

Do not send patient records, medical reports or sensitive health information through the public enquiry form or ordinary email.

Information submitted through enquiries

This information is used to respond to the enquiry and plan a possible service engagement.

Clinical information

The public website is not intended to collect or store employee clinical records. Where a service requires medical information, the appropriate clinical workflow and secure system should be used instead.

Basic technical logs may be generated by hosting infrastructure for security, troubleshooting and reliability. Any analytics or additional tracking will be added only with an appropriate privacy and consent approach.
