Privacy Policy
How CaLeo Health Care handles information.
This policy applies to the public CaLeo Health Care website and authorized digital integrations used to support our professional services and communications.
Effective date: 6 October 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CaLeo Health Care ("CaLeo Health Care", "we", "us" or "our") may collect, use, store, share and protect information when you visit caleo.healthcare, contact us, enquire about services, or use an authorized integration connected to our digital systems.
Clinical records, employee medical records and other protected health information used in a formal occupational-health engagement may be governed by separate notices, contracts, consent processes and secure systems, including CaLeo EHR where applicable. Those workflows are not governed solely by this public-site policy.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, organisation, role, work contact details, industry, location, workforce or site information, service requirements, enquiry details and correspondence.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may also generate technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, error logs and security events. This information is used for website reliability, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and security.
3. Health and clinical information
The public website is not intended to collect employee clinical records, diagnostic reports, prescriptions, medical certificates or other sensitive medical information. If a service requires health information, we will use an appropriate clinical process or secure system and provide any additional notices or consent information required for that service.
4. LinkedIn and other authorized integrations
CaLeo Health Care may use authorized third-party integrations, including LinkedIn, to support professional communications and publishing workflows.
If a LinkedIn account holder authorizes our LinkedIn integration through OAuth, we may receive limited account information made available by LinkedIn for authentication, such as the member's basic profile identity or platform identifier, together with authorization tokens and permissions required to perform the approved action. Where publishing permission is granted, the integration may publish content on behalf of the authenticated LinkedIn member only within the permissions that member has approved.
We use LinkedIn integration data only to authenticate the authorized account, operate approved publishing workflows, maintain necessary audit records and troubleshoot the integration. We do not use LinkedIn authorization to scrape private messages, harvest contact lists, sell profile data, or build unrelated advertising profiles.
A LinkedIn member can revoke our access through LinkedIn's connected-app or authorization settings. Revocation prevents future authorized API activity. We will also disable or remove stored access credentials when they are no longer required, subject to reasonable security, backup and audit-retention practices.
5. How we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries, understand service requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate service delivery, communicate with clients or professional contacts, improve our website and workflows, maintain security, comply with contractual or legal obligations, and operate integrations that a user has expressly authorized.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
The public website may use essential technical cookies or similar technologies required for normal operation and security. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate notice or consent mechanism where required.
7. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, hosting, communications, security, automation, analytics, document handling or other business systems. These providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, professional obligation, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of CaLeo Health Care, our users, workers, clients or others.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business or professional records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, support security and audit needs, or comply with applicable law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service involved.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should avoid sending sensitive medical or confidential information through ordinary website or email channels.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and the nature of the information involved, you may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, contractual, professional, security or record-keeping reasons.
For third-party integrations such as LinkedIn, you may also manage or revoke permissions directly through the relevant third-party account settings.
11. International processing
Some technology providers may process or store information outside India. Where this occurs, we use such services subject to applicable law and reasonable contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
12. Third-party websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
13. Children's privacy
This website is intended for professional, organisational and adult users. We do not knowingly use the public website to collect personal information from children for general marketing or enquiry purposes.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
